Ingredients
6 slices turkey bacon
6 medium eggs
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)
Directions
- Crisp the Bacon Cups
🔸 Lightly spray silicone muffin cups with cooking spray.
🔸 Wrap a slice of turkey bacon around the inner edge of each cup (to form a “nest”).
🔸 Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook empty bacon cups for 3–4 minutes until slightly crisped. - Add Eggs & Cheese
🔹 Carefully crack an egg into each bacon-lined cup.
🔹 Sprinkle cheddar cheese and a pinch of salt & pepper on top. - Preheat the Air Fryer
🔥 Set air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and preheat for 2 minutes. - Air Fry to Perfection
🔸 Return to air fryer and cook at 350°F (175°C) for 6–7 minutes, or until whites are set and yolks are cooked to your liking. - Serve & Enjoy!
🍽 Top with fresh chives and serve with sliced avocado or toast for a complete breakfast.
