Ingredients
1 egg
¼ cup cream cheese
1 tbsp fine almond flour
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tbsp erythritol or preferred sweetener
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup fresh blueberries
Low-carb maple syrup (optional)
Directions
- Blend & Prep
🔸 In a blender, combine egg, cream cheese, almond flour, flaxseed meal, sweetener, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
🔸 Lightly spray egg-shaped silicone molds with olive oil. - Air Fry Magic
