2 salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp smoked paprika
Directions
