Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)
½ cup coconut flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup almond flour
Directions
- Prepare the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
In one bowl, mix coconut flour, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
In a third bowl, mix shredded coconut and almond flour.
- Coat the Shrimp
