  • Make Dough & Filling
    🔸 In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, melted ghee, erythritol, and rose water.
    🔸 In another bowl, combine walnuts, sugar-free date paste, and cinnamon.
  • Assemble & Shape
    🔸 Flatten small pieces of dough, place filling in the center, and seal into balls.
    🔸 Press into a Ma’amoul mold for traditional patterns if you like.
    (NB: The same molds used are not available on amazon)
  • Air Fry to Golden
    🔥 Preheat air fryer to 330°F.
    🔥 Place cookies on parchment paper.
    🔥 Air fry for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden.
  • Cool & Enjoy
    🍽 Let cookies cool completely before serving!
